Our Wellness Retreats offer you a little “me time” with an opportunity to slow down and unwind. They provide a break from everyday life and a choice of different sessions which cultivate relaxation and awareness. Our weekend and one day programmes will provide you with a range of practices which you can use in your daily life to bring greater calm and peace regardless of outer circumstances.
We welcome everyone over the age of 18 from all backgrounds and regardless of experience of any of the practices on offer.

If you'd like to come along to one of our retreats, there's a few ways you can get your payment over to us; You can either pay the full price via our website today, or you can contact us, pay a deposit, and send the rest over to us in instalments.

Should you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be granted, provided that you cancel at least 30 days before the retreat's start date.
