Our weekend retreats will include a range of four one hour sessions, and one full day workshop: 

Colour Therapy (1 Hour)

Delve into a world of colour to help you understand how colour impacts your life and how colour therapy can be utilised to promote positive mindset in this interactive hour session. 

Mindfulness (1 Hour)

Gain a greater understanding of mindfulness and its benefits. Learn some useful techniques that you can implement whenever you need to, helping you navigate your busy day to day lives.

Sound Bath (1 Hour)

Using Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gong and therapeutic percussion, all designed to create deep relaxation. All you need to do is lay down and do absolutely nothing but immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds.

Aromatherapy & Sound (1 Hour)

Introducing essential oils to help with emotional balance and boost your mood . You’ll then lay down and  relax listening to the soothing sounds of Crystal singing bowls.

Stress-Less (Full Day)

Q&A Style whole day session looking at common stressors found in the modern world, and sharing simple, practical solutions to overcome them
