As an ILM endorsed accredited Wellbeing Coach with the British School of Coaching, Meditation & Mindfulness Practitioner and Colour Therapy Practitioner. I utilise coaching skills, mindfulness, meditation and colour therapy to aid, guide, and support individuals as they navigate the busy lives we lead.
I work with individuals and groups to deliver a variety of resources and techniques that allow them to make small, big impact changes into their everyday lives.
