I’ll gently guide you through some breathing techniques to calm the mind when things become overwhelming. We’ll then relax as I guide you through a mindful meditation and finish with some restful sounds of singing bowls and chimes.

Facilitator Bio.

I’m Janet a qualified sound and holistic therapist from Garstang. I’ve always been interested in music,  training in classical music playing piano and ‘cello. I found sound a few years ago and found that it was my thing and is something I love and enjoy sharing. I trained in sound with the British Academy of Sound Therapy who are pioneers in sound work. I work out of a studio in Garstang,called Thrive, offering soundbaths, sound therapy, massage and meditation. I also host monthly soundbaths in other local areas .
