Our weekend retreats include a range of 4 one hour sessions, and one full day workshop:

Mindfulness Through Smell (1 Hour) - Includes insights into the biology of smell – olfaction & aroma psychology, tuning in our sense of smell & practical mindful practice

Journaling & Automatic Writing (1 Hour)  – The benefits of journaling – different types of journaling, art, written word, bullet journaling & automatic writing. Automatic writing is allowing your consciousness (your inner being) write through you. A session on the benefits and with practical practise of automatic writing – which can be enlightening and sometimes funny!!

Guided meditation with sound bowls (1 Hour) – Come back to the present moment whilst being guided through relaxing meditation and breathwork techniques.

Vinyasa yoga (1 Hour) – Gently move your body with your breath to release tension and create space mentally/physically, bringing a sense of overall wellbeing. Multiple options will be offered making this class suitable for all abilities.


Mindfulness for the senses (Full Day)  - Incorporate Mindfulness - Visual, Sound/Music, Smell (Aroma), Taste & Touch sessions. Followed by periods of self exploration and group reflection. How to tune in your senses and experience mindfulness moments at anytime of the day.
